Check-in/out times:
Normal check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check out time 11:00 am, however, we are flexible to meet your travel arrangements. Please ensure that we are notified of your exact needs before your arrival.
Payment:
Electronic bank transfers, bank deposits and cash are acceptable. We unfortunately do not accept credit cards.
Your reservation is only confirmed once we have received a 50% deposit of the booking value.
The Balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid no later than seven (7) days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
0 - 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of deposit.
8 - 14 days prior to arrival: forfeit 75% of deposit.
15 - 21 day prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of deposit.
21 + days prior to arrival: forfeit 30% of deposit.
Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any changes to our rates. We reserve the right to alter our rates depending on applicable criteria.
If the balance of the booking value is not received by the seventh (7) day before arrival, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Other:
A key deposit of R400 is required when you receive the apartment keys. This deposit is returned upon your departure, once the keys are returned. In the event the apartment keys are lost, the deposit will be forfeited.
Whilst every effort has been made with regards to your security and safety, Dreamscape Apartments and it's owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature by guests or their property on the premises. There are personal safes provided in each apartment.
The number of occupants of the apartment/s during the duration of the listed guests stay shall not exceed the number of guests listed on the booking system.
An inventory list is given to the listed client upon his/her arrival. This list must be filled in and inventory of the apartment checked upon your arrival.
In the event of accidental breakage or damage, the item must be replaced or repaired.
The client who makes a booking thereby warrants his/her authority on behalf of all persons included in the booking to agree that all such persons shall be bound by the terms and conditions of listed on this website.
